Shipping
I pack and dispatch orders on Saturdays. Once shipped, they will usually take 3-7 days for domestic orders and around two weeks for international orders.
I am aware that International shipping is expensive, sorry! I’m from New Zealand, and it is very far away from pretty much everywhere else. Letter mail is available for domestic orders only.
Returns
You can return orders with basic flaws or shipping damage. I will send you a replacement once I receive your return.
Please note that different screens will display slightly different colours, and I don’t accept returns if the colours appear slightly different to you in person.
I only offer refunds if your order arrives completely broken.
I do not accept returns for if you have changed your mind.
If your order does not arrive within one month for domestic and 2 months for international orders, and it has not been marked as delivered by NZPost, please let me know and I will send you a new order.
Privacy
This website uses geolocation software to adjust prices to your local currency.
When you place an order, I collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mailing and billing address
- Your payment method
- Your phone (if entered).
I will not use your email for marketing purposes unless you have opted in to receiving my quarterly newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on any newsletter email and selecting ‘unsubscribe.’
WooCommerce takes your payment information, but I don’t have access to it.
I share your mailing information with NZPost, who are responsible for delivery.
